This is the Baofeng AR-152 PTT external tactical microphone with an adjustable volume control. As well as being a 2-pin K-plug connection, It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack for listening and comes with an earpiece. The “shoulder” clip attachment on the back is swivel-like and can turn all the way around so the mic can be secured and turned any way the user requires. Available in green or black. It’s one of the most popular accessories for the AR-152. Transmit and audio receive quality is good for the price.

The external Baofeng AR-152 PTT Microphone not only works with the AR-152 but with many other models from many different brands. As long as they have the same K-type 2-pin connection this mic will work with them just fine. So if you wanted to buy this for another model Baofeng, Kenwood, or one of the many Quansheng’s with the same connection, that would be no problem at all. This external mic would be compatible.
