Some great mods carried out from OM0ET [YouTube] on the Quansheng [Taiko Kong] TK11. A removal of the LED torch light, with an added SMA female antenna connection in its place. And also a changing of the original blue screen to an orange one that we see in the K5 (8) and K6. There’s also a comparison featured in the video between a normal TK11 and the modified version. TK11 (5) and TK11(8). Reception from the new antenna connection seems to work well near the end of the video. Which radio do you prefer? I think I like the modified one more due to the screen colour. I like the amber displays.
